If you’ve planned everything to perfection but just want someone there on the day to save you the worry and make sure everything comes together as you envisioned, this is the package for you. We will be there to ensure all the suppliers know exactly what they should be doing; and are in the right places at the right times. The Wedding Fairy is there to ensure that your magical day flows smoothly. 

 

Pre-Wedding:

 

  • Initial consultation to gain perspective of your vision and desires
  • Customized list of vendors for missing elements
  • Wedding checklist to help you stay on track during the planning process
  • Marriage license information
  • Face to face final appointment two weeks prior to event
  • Coordination and confirmation of all vendors, including deliveries
  • Creation of detailed itinerary / timeline of ceremony and reception
  • Ceremony rehearsal attendance and coordination up to two hours

 

Wedding Day:

 

  • Wedding day coordinator up to eight hours
  • Oversee vendors and direct set up of ceremony / reception
  • Organize and direct wedding processional and recessional during ceremony
  • Manage and direct reception
  • Coordinate transportation if necessary
  • Placement of items such as sign in book, escort / menu cards, favors, table numbers etc.
  • Ensure marriage license is on site
  • Distribute any final payments / gratuitites to vendors
  • Access to Bridal Emergency Kit
  • Assistance with any unforseen issues that may arise
  • Arrange for delivery of gifts / items to pre-determined location / person

 

This wedding package starts at $1800.00.*

*additional charges based on number of locations and scope of event

Ideas and Inspiration

              Ideas and Inspiration

If you’ve just got engaged but haven’t got a clue where to start planning one of the biggest days of your life, let us help. We will sit down with you for a minimum of a two hour consultation (usually longer!) to give you an idea of where to begin. You are then fully equipped to plan your wedding yourself, without worrying about what you might have forgotten!

In this package you will receive:

 

  • 2 Two hour planning sessions

  • A budget breakdown
  • A timeline so you have an idea of deadlines and when you need to get things done by
  • A thorough ‘To Do’ list so you don’t get lost along the way
  • Some ideas and suppliers to get you moving
  • A moodboard showcasing your theme to show prospective suppliers

 

This wedding planning package starts at $350.00.

The Wedding Fairy's 

A La Carte Menu

This service is for the bride that has done her “homework” but just needs a little help with some of the details. Menu may include but is not limited to any of the following:

 

  • Planning sessions

  • Consultations as needed

  • Budget Worksheet/Time-line

  • Wedding ceremony and reception itineraries

  • Ordering event items such as decorations and food

  • Meeting with vendors

  • Coordination and attendance at Rehearsal Dinner

  • Decorating the venue for ceremony or reception

  • Coordination of Ceremony and/or reception (not to exceed 6 hours)  

  • Assistance  with reserving hotel accommodations for out of town guests

  • Preparation and delivery of welcome baskets for out of town guests

  • Plan and book activities for weekend guests

  • Personal Shopping

  • Sending invitations

  • Managing RSVP’s

  • Sending Thank You cards

  • General errands
  • Returning rentals

 

This a la carte wedding planning service is available at $50.00 per hour with a $350.00 minimum
